The
Little Things In
Life
Finally with all confidence I can say that
Spring is in the air
and flowers will soon begin to bloom and fill
our gardens with delightful colors and scents. One flower that I look forward to
seeing and smelling each year is Lily Of The Valley. The
Victorian Meaning of this dainty flower is
"return to happiness".
The scent is sweet and relaxing and the little
bell shape flowers
are dainty. When I cut the stems to bring them
into our home,
they make me feel special and remind me of the
simple yet profound things that influence ones life.
Such as a hug...I know that we live in a age
and time where hugs can become common place as everyone seems to hug everyone
that they met...but to me the simple and kind gesture of two people embracing as
friends, relatives or sweethearts can have a profound effect upon ones emotional
well-being...this little poem says it best............
The
little things in life
Are often the most precious
Sometimes just a friendly smile
can warm our hearts and cheer us
So I am sending you huggles and smiles Enough to fill your entire day!
I hope they bring you happiness
in some small and special way!

Cinna-Minnies
Spiced Grapefruit Recipe
This is one of my favorite ways to eat Pink
Grapefruit. Slice in half, then cut around the inside between each section.
Place in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (I use
Splendor) to taste, and top with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check to see if
the butter is melted and the grapefruit is warm. If needed, microwave an
additional 15 seconds. When the grapefruit is warm and buttery. carefully remove
from the microwave and enjoy!

What
Others Are Saying
About Cinna-Minnies
Jami .............
"Well, I can tell you, I love all my
Cinna-Minnies.. and I have several. I love the smell of cinnamon, and Rochelle
does a great job! I even emailed Rochelle with a special request and she was
able to make what I wanted . . . I didn't send her pictures or
anything. If I had it my way I would have them
all.
I have 2 apples that she made for me
personally. They are in my kitchen hanging from my pantry cabinet doors and they
look great. I also have a special angel, the Snow Angel, and she hangs over my computer; she is so pretty and smells great.
I also have Ted E. Bear on a wreath . . . they
are all so detailed and very carefully put together, and they come with care
instructions. I also have oil to refresh them, but I haven't had to use it yet .
. . I didn't think they would last so long, but they have and are still going
strong. Rochelle takes great pride in each item she makes and goes to great
lengths to make sure that you are happy .. I couldn't be happier with what I got
.. and I still want more! Jami"
